Serina Restaurant & Bar Pickup Policy

Order Placement:

1. Orders for pickup can be placed through our official website or by calling our restaurant directly during operating hours.
2. All orders must be placed at least 30 minutes before the desired pickup time to allow our team to prepare your order to the highest standard.

Alcohol Orders and 'Check 25' Policy:

1. For orders that include alcoholic beverages, we adhere to the government guidelines of 'Check 25.'
2. Our staff are authorised to request identification from any person to ensure compliance with age restrictions on the sale of alcohol. This is to prevent the sale of alcohol to underage individuals. Anyone who is found to be underage at the time of collection will have there order cancelled and no refund will be provided.

Payment:

1. Payment for your order will be processed at the time of order placement. We accept all major debit & credit cards as well as American Express. Cash can be paid on collection.
2. No additional charges will be applied during pickup unless you choose to add items to your order.
